"Wonderful experience. Kid friendly resort . Went there with 10 month baby but it came out to be a fantastic stay all thanks to the highly cooperating staff who made extra efforts to keep the kid comfortable. Rooms are good ! Breakfast was also good ! Lawn was very well trimmed and the glass house was the icing on the cake. 10/10 experience all together"

The mountain inn is perfect in ever way: Outstanding location, thoughtful and guest centric touches and personalised service, both front office and F&B showed a distinct willingness to please the guest, excellent food and restaurant, lovely rooms that have been redesigned without overt modernisation. Couldn't find fault with anything in Rokeby Manor. "

"Location of the hotel is good. Facilities are regular. Staff at reception are slow and serious. Food is expensive. Lot of events/ party are organised in the halls and can get noisy for travellers seeking calm stay environment. Check-in and check-out takes long time."

"The views from this hotel are just magnificent and the serene atmosphere adds to the beautiful landscape. The service from staff is outstanding. Just the room needs to have the normal features like a full size mirror, slippers, bathrobe, fridge, bathroom stuff like comb, toothbrush, iron etc"

"The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation. Even so, it does exhude a cozy charm that stems from its turn-of-the-century architecture and quiet bliss, away from the main city. The staff...

"There is no play are for the kids . Lawn is situated at some height so you have to take around 40 stairs to reach it . Gym and other activities are not there. Food is excellent. Staff is very courteous. "

"Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. "

"Good location. Right at the corner of library road and very beginning of Maal road. Excellent cooperative and supporting stuffs & executives. Good breakfast and complimentary evening snacks ( yes you don’t get every where ). You can order in house dine options of Pahadi cuisine. All in all I will tell Ellbee will ensure a memorable stay for here . "

"Good stay, but please note the property is under renovation and as of March the floor/reception level had no rooms so if you are traveling with any elderly of someone who can not take stairs, please check in advance. "

"the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . "
