"I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was clean and tidy. It took a few minutes to be served at the bar at times but eventually I got served. My only problem was I booked a double room for myself, but the ed was 2 singles joined together. I understand why they do this but I could feel the gap in between the 2 beds and it felt like I was rolling into it all night. Other than the bed a great place to stay"

" Breakfast service need to be improved. They do not pay attention to filling up things and making sure everything is available for the breakfast"

"Stayed 2 nights here and its a gorgeous place to stay. Staff are friendly Room was fine and the kitchen is good I had an issue first morning with the hob not working. I called reception and within 5 minutes a maintenance guy fixed it ,fantastic service. Id definitely stay there again.theres a park and ride 5 minutes walk away that gets you into Cambridge for £2 ,"

"Typical Marston's edge of town pub with rooms - will suite travellers working/visiting Spalding or the surrounding area. Very new, so very clean. Reasonably priced room, pub prices were typical Marston's prices. "

"It was good to have proper air-conditioning on a hot night. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and plentiful towels etc. The only slight niggle was that the occupant of the neighbouring room clearly had 'bathroom issues' and was flushing the loo virtually every hour throughout the night, with the plumbing being a bit noisy in my room."

"We got upgraded from a classic double to the Mary queen of Scots room. The room was facing the main road, but it was so quiet, that you wouldn't have known. The room was really clean. The food was really tasty and well presented. That was both dinner and breakfast. The staff was amazing. We didn't want to leave. "

"The room was unique - with a view of the east window and spire of a medieval church ... from the bath positioned in the bay window. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and well presented. Staff welcoming. A good dinner and breakfast."

"Property is in a small town so little bit limited for the restaurants options. Property has nice period features and good size executive rooms. Staff was very nice and breakfast lovely fresh. There is also lovely garden at the back of the property for an evening drink in the warmer weather. "
