"The Grande Albergo was past it's best, the rooms were worn and the bathroom was dropping to bits. The air conditioning was centrally operated and probably twenty years past it's peak. On the positive side, the staff (Marco) was great and the location perfect."

"This is an amazing hotel! You will not be sorry.. perfect location to visit the town of Spoleto. You can walk to just about anywhere from this hill top location near many of the historical sights and great shopping and restaurants. It's a real gem, built in the 60's with quality materials and cool vibe.. you won't be sorry! Just follow the signs to the top of the hill... spectacular views!"

"The principal problem with this hotel is finding it! There are a great many "round-abouts" on the roads leading here. Several times we took the wrong round-about and ended up going in the opposite direction from the hotel."

"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing.
