"Despite service in the restaurant is excellent and the rest of the staff in the hotel are very good. Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour. "Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that...

"The hotel is great and the pool is lovely. Staff and service were strong. The location is a bit out of the way. For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance."

If one is English speaking only, this hotel is not for you. English is poorly spoken and poorly understood. We ate lunch at their restaurant, being the only ones there. "Lot of problems. First, they did not send the vehicle at airport even after it was booked. Second, the bathroom was not in good condition, outside view was just wall, there was problem with door, window was not closing properly and in the end the breakfast and dinner option was not upto the mark."

"It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels.
