"I stayed there several days two weeks previous. I had a small issue. I was tired suffering jet lag after a 33 hr flight. I complained here on Expedia in frustration. The following day the manager came to my table and was extraordinary. I could not believe it. Issue completely resolved. I was almost embarrassed I brought it up he gave me such complete attention.
