"This stay was not for leisure, we needed to be checked in at 0600 at the hospital for my surgery and chose this hotel to stay at the night before because of its location and also because of this hotels name and history. The hotel itself was clean, but it felt very “basic” for the price we paid. The amenities were also very basic with not even a free breakfast… That was actually weird. Most hotels offer some sort of a basic breakfast to get your day started and this hotel didn’t! We also had park in the parking garage and that was very odd because we checked in at dark and there was zero security and also there were no luggage carts. My husband and myself are both disabled and this wasn’t expected whatsoever. Typically hotels have luggage carts at the elevators but again, they didn’t. So if you’re disabled, make certain that when you checkin at the front, you ask them where those carts are and go ahead and unload everything right then and take it to your room before you drive around to the parking garage or you’ll get stuck like we did! Our backs were a mess and their beds aren’t comfortable at all. We didn’t sleep well due to our bed, so we won’t ever stay here again. I’d rather drive from another hotel and be able to get good rest along with getting better amenities; such as breakfast."
