"There was no room available when we checked in. I guess a pipe burst and they had no way to call us. They put us in another hotel for 1 night that I had no way of checking out before we stayed."

"Our stay was a good one. Staff was friendly but when we needed things they had to wait until the next day to get it to us. And then we had to go find it the next day. So, sort of put out to find items such as extra towels for example. We only had 2 in the room but checked in with 4 people. It was an ok stay"
