"Owner was easy to communicate with. House was set up in a very welcoming and organized fashion. Very kid friendly. Excellent distance from the fairgrounds which made it easy for our family to come back from the fair at different times based off of energy levels. But not so close to the fair that we were kept up late due to noise."

"We were in area to visit family. This rental was in a perfect location for not only visiting family but we could easily find shopping and things to do. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We slept well and the amenities were just what we needed. Communication with Nick was almost immediate and if we had a question or an issue he took care of it. When we come back for another visit, we will definitely book this place again. "
