"It worked for it purpose, to have family time. There was plenty of space for children to play and we enjoyed a movie night. However, the place appears a little rundown. Bathroom vent makes a loud noise, shelf need to be anchored to wall or replaced. I will commend that when I notified Lily about shaky shelf, she had someone come fix it quickly. There is a sleeper sofa that is broken, it needs to be in the listing as such( so people won't discover it and mess with it)or replaced with regular couch. "
