The room and entire hotel was spotless and the VIEW from the 28th floor was breathtaking. We’re beyond pleased with the option of upgrading to the top floor. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central location to all things Manhattan, including the subway. "

"The room was spotless, the linens were nice and the room though it had no frills had everything that I needed. The breakfast vouchers for use in the adjacent pastry shop offer some the best croissants in the city. But one of the biggest of the hotel is the staff who are unfailingly helpful and courteous. I left jewelry behind but it was retrieved to my enormous relief."
