"Great hotel as far as location goes. Short walk to beach shopping cafes & night life. Room was spacious and comfortable . We did move to a higher level so it wasn’t as noisy (was above the tram line) . Good facilities. Helpful staff. "

"Very comfy apartment with a great beach view. Great amenities & clean environment. Only downside was the construction of units next door which was quite noisy at times. This is not the fault of Rhapsody Resort so no points deducted."

"Voco was a great hotel for families. It had ample access to public transport but was also within walking distance to cavil ave and the beach. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay - there was a great selection of food. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only downside for us was that we had to keep asking for our room to be cleaned as we kept getting forgotten. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "

"Good stuff: Check in service was efficient, we got a better bigger room for not much extra, Bed was soft,bathroom was big Kitchenette was functional Lounge smart tv was perfect for mirroring Wifi was strong Balcony was big for dinning and good day views of the beach Bad stuff: Have to Pay extra for towels😳 Car parking was hit or miss, if your late in you miss out😞 Have to pay extra for just 1hr late check out🤔 The building is set up like a mouse trap so confusing to navigation😒 "

"Best customer service we’ve received in a long time. Room was great and the cot for my son was in excellent condition (good quality, proper mattress). Only disappointing thing was no toaster in the room as we didn’t have breakfast included. Would love to stay longer but this is definitely a drawback. We didn’t get to use many of the facilities due to husband and son being sick but we still had a great time considering."

"This was our third time staying at Bel Air, first with our son, and we had the BEST time as usual! We love the convenience to the beach and shops, yet the quietness. Everything is always clean, relaxing, and everyone is friendly. We love the option between outdoor and indoor pools as it's getting colder to swim outside now. We also love how the Bel Air always feels like there are people around, but it's never crowded so it's very calming. We'll be back on our next trip to the GC!"

"Rooms were a good size, facilities had everything you could need. It is in a nice quiet area away from the busyness of main strip but it is only a 10-15 drive if you wanted to go. Pool facilities are great and the buffet breakfast option waa perfect for us as we didn't need to venture out for lunch "
