"FOH staff was fantastic! Coffee was great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient for transportation and to explore around. The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc."

"Fantastically positioned right outside the Maashaven Metro stop, the hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the delights of Rotterdam. Some of the rooms even have a fantastic view out over the Nieuwe Mass. Comfortable beds, adequately-sized rooms with modern decor. The hotel serves breaktast (for a fee) in the restaurant on the ground floor and also has a late night bar. Staff were friendly and welcoming when checking us in. Highly recommended for a stay in this wonderful city."

"Staff were friendly. Efficient check in. There were some issues at the breakfast buffet spoke to manager she solved it. When we were checking out one of the tables in the lobby had a sharp nail head it caught my lululemon pants put a snag in them. I told the person at front desk she came and turned the table around. Said sorry. "

"Everything about the hotel was great. Loved the rooms and facilities. Did not like that shuttle fees aren’t stated beforehand on Expedia or something. Location wise, there’s no other breakfast places in walking distance. But overall it was great "

"Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes. "
