Staff were friendly and helpful with information about transportation, help with tech issues and carrying coffee for my husband who walks with a cane. The room and shower were great. Lunch offerings were tasty. Dinners were disappointing (spicy chicken burger and nachos). Pizza was tasty. We stayed for four days. Probably best for one night stays. Thanks for staff who told us how to catch 300 bus from close to hotel directly to Haarlem.

Room very clean. Thought it was great for overnight stay. We didn't find staff very friendly but then again we stayed only one night. No welcome drink as noted on pamphlet in room, but otherwise it didn't really matter. Thank you.

Enjoyed our second stay at this Moxy property. Clean basic room which served our one night needs well. Bar / restaurant area is fun. Enjoyed drinks after dinner. Shuttle to/from Schiphol Airport is efficient and prompt. Good choice for value and airport stay.

Clean place and nice staff, located close to airport with a shuttle option that’s convenient definitely and cheaper than taxi. We did not find the beds comfortable. Hence won’t stay again. Did not have breakfast. So not sure of food.

Room temp control was great!! Especially during hot summer days Floor light in the bed when you get up at night - hate it or love it. Very helpful staff, and just minutes to the airport in shuttle you have to pre-book and pay £5

Stayed here for my first holiday with my boyfriend and it was amazing. The shuttles are so convenient and the room exceeded expectations! Hotel staff were friendly and we loved the 24 hour pizza! Will definitely stay again when we visit again

It's a lovely hotel, helpful staff, good air conditioning, but the noise from other people slamming their doors is AWFUL if you're not a deep sleeper. I asked for a fan to sort of tamp it down a bit, but they don't have any for guests to use. Friday evening, I heard bass throbbing from the room above me. Friday night I was hearing doors slamming shut (not on purpose, they're just heavy doors) until 3 AM and the housekeeping women were banging on doors and yelling down the halls at 8 AM the next morning, so I barely slept. I'm a pretty light sleeper; if you're not, this hotel will be great.
