This hotel is still under construction, but this didn’t cause any problems. The Staff were friendly, rooms are nice and comfortable. We have stayed here several times before. The shuttle is nice and on time.

This is a good hotel for travellers. The shuttle bus is very good and helpful. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.. the breakfast was good and had a variety of items. I think it was worth the price.

This is a tidy and friendly hotel, perfect for a short stay near the airport, or a budget stay. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, and it's only surrounded by industrial properties and other small budget hotels, but just a short drive from the airport. It was perfect for our family. I would not have stayed here for a vacation though, just for transit or budget.

We had a decent experience. Rooms were clean and ever worked. Disappointed there was no coin laundry on site. You could pay $$$ for laundry service. Not ideal for shorter stays. The shuttle bus drivers are a little intense and don’t seem to be very happy. But the stay was decent, nice and close to the airport. Food was decent at the restaurants. The building next door is under construction, so the direction once dropped off weren’t very clear where the BW check in desk was at. Had the shuttle bus driver had more customer service, they could have directed guests to the right place.
