Very close proximity to Hoofddorp Station, about 400m easy walk from the hotel on shared bike/footpath. Lift access at station available if you have luggages. There is a small fee to book the hotel bus returning to airport but the complimentary bus pick up from airport (bus stand A9) can be haphazard as multiple buses from other hotels also stop here simultaneously. Signage for Intercity Hotel Amsterdam is very small, a piece A4 paper adhered behind side window. Some hotels have much better signage on their buses to alert weary travelers. Overall a very good hotel- modern, clean, good staff, well appointed with convenience to Hoofddorp station and airport.

We had a great stay at Intercityhotel. The room was clean and spacious and was perfect for our girls weekend. We felt safe walking from the train station to the hotel even late at night. The hotel is very accessible to get any where in Amsterdam with transit, we didn't have to uber at all. The pathway to the train station does contain stairs, so something to keep in mind if you have accesibility needs, but not at all the hotel's fault. The bar staff was polite, and went above and beyond for our requests.

I'd call this place near perfect, listen, rent a bike via this hotel and go to the Rijsenhour area 30 min ride away. It's mind blowingly nice haha. I didn't expect that would be the most lovely experience of my whole trip.

Great place to stay close to the airport (one stop away). 5 minute walk from the train station to the hotel via a pathway, not the road. Staff were very helpful; we got into our room early and the receptionist managed to get us a free shuttle back to the airport (but train is very convenient, as long as you can do the stairs). The shuttle is free from the airport to the hotel but then costs you on the return trip. The train goes directly to the Central Terminal in Amsterdam, about a 20 minute trip. We walked it after dark and felt very safe. There are places to eat about a 10-20 walk. The hotel has bicycles you can use as well and you are basically in the country with cows and fields nearby.

We arrived before check in, but we were able to get right in our room. So nice after a long flight! We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the train station and airport. Also walkable to stretch our legs and find dinner in the city center of Hoofddorp. This was our 2nd stay at an Intercity Hotel and we were impressed with both.

Nice and clean large rooms. Staff was helpful. Perk they offer 1 free shuttle from or to the airport. The second shuttle to the airport is really low cost. Better than a taxi.

Straighforward mid-range hotel, very well maintained, comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant open quite late. Helpful staff with manned front desk. Well presented buffet breakfast. In the middle of nowhere, but there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 minutes which takes 10 minutes, so you just need to time for that and then transport on from Schiphol.

We had a wonderful stay at IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport and was genuinely impressed with every aspect of the experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and eager to help. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to Amsterdam Airport, with easy access to the train station, making travel to and from Amsterdam Centraal Station incredibly convenient and hassle-free. We stayed here for three nights and were extremely happy with our choice. The combination of comfortable rooms, outstanding service, great transportation access, and very reasonable rates made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and high-quality place to stay while visiting Amsterdam. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for the excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.
