Staff and service were so very nice and helpful-dining at The Terrace was fabulous and again—-that view was magnificent. Was a female traveling alone and felt so safe and comfortable. "This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out...

"Good hotel for location, the staff are lovely and cannot help enough. Breakfast buffet is vast and good value. The bar staff are lovely and drinks are very reasonably priced. We had our room upgraded for free to a terrace room which was lovely but you can’t open the door really as the trams are so noisy until the early hours and other hotel guests smoke on their balconies so your room ends up stinking. So if you are considering paying extra, I wouldn’t bother. "

The lady at reception, gave us some really great options of place to go, & eat in the area! I wish they had a full length mirror in my room somewhere. Also, was no iron in the room, so I contacted reception through WhatsApp and in 5 mins… someone was knocking on my door.
