"the facilities, like restaurant, villas. rooms were clean and well maintain. It was a delay on check in. We arrived at 12pm, our room was provided at 1600 hours. later discovered the shower had no soap and no shampoo. it was requested the same day but, the issue was fixed a day later. this time of the year no so good for the beach. larges amount of seaweed. could not use the beach at all."

"I gave it a 5 star review because 4.5 wasn't available. This was certainly one of the best vacations. We couldn't ask for a better greeting. The staff was amazing. Actually the best I've ever encountered. The entertainment was awesome. The accommodations were on point. The drinks hands down the best. My only complaint was the food. It was hit or miss. Most meals were so-so. Since it's all-inclusive I could try something new. My overall experience was excellent."
