"The hotel was under construction so it was a bit noisy! If I was a manager, I would give some perks to guests for their inconvenience like one free breakfast or something. The staff was great though and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. Hats off to the front desk person who took care of my stay and room. "This may be one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff bent over backwards to make us happy. The day we checked in, the clerk noticed on my passport that it was my birthday. She was charming wishing me a happy birthday. Then two minutes after entering our room, she called to make sure everything was ok. Then about a half hour later, she personally brought to the room a dish a chocolates and a hand-written card welcoming us and again wishing me a happy birthday. The whole staff was...

"Beautiful property with large rooms close to several major museums adjacent to a quiet residential neighborhood and a busy shopping/dining area."

"I really liked this property! It was very central and convenient location wise. I was a little unlucky during my stay as the fire alarm went off at 1.30am and disturbed my stay, asking us to evacuate and then stopped with no commentary nor did the check out staff mention anything when I checked out. My room was also right on the front on walking level which didn’t make me feel too safe as a woman travelling solo- people could see directly into my room from the street.
