"Nice location right on the Quay, and 5 mins from the old town & port. We asked to drop luggage off before checking in (ferry arrived at 1000), but the staff went above and beyond and had our room ready early. That was a really nice touch. The bus stop is 2 mins walk, and from there it is very easy to connect to Amsterdam, Haarlem & anywhere else you can think of."

"Great location for exploring Haarlem. Spacious double rooms in the atrium building. Good evening meal menu and lovely restaurant staff. Outstanding breakfast. Excellent secure bicycle storage."

"The hotel rooms were simple but clean with a nice ocean view. The food wasn't great but ok, the towels were very thin. The staff was disinterested. There were 3 fire alarms while we were there in which we had to evacuate the rooms - all were false alarms thankfully, but evacuating in our pajamas wan't nice, and we were given no explanations. On a positive note, they do seem to be child-friendly."
