"From check in to check out everything we experienced was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help us during a medical problem. We needed to visit a Dr on a Sunday evening and the concierge made a phone call to a doctor who then agreed to come to the hotel to make a “hotel” call!!! "The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel during our short stay and it was delicious. The restaurant itself was pristine and uniquely decorated even for Venice. It was modern with a touch of antiquity.
