"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which had plenty of space and was perfect for us - the pictures are very accurate. It was a short walk to the main building, and then further to the beach, but the property is well maintained so it always felt like a pleasant stroll. The staff were all very friendly, housekeeping was very responsive when we needed anything, and the hotel even arranged for a very thoughtful recognition on my birthday - an unexpected surprise and very well received! I would be happy to stay here again."
