"Dear Management of Hotel Edison Times Square, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your property from April 24 to April 25, 2026, in Room 301. During the course of my stay, I encountered multiple serious issues that significantly impacted my experience: First, upon arrival and throughout the duration of my stay, there were numerous service deficiencies that were not adequately addressed by hotel staff. Additionally, I utilized your valet parking service and paid a fee of $75. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that $50 in cash, which had been left inside the ashtray with the vehicle secured, was missing. This raises serious concerns regarding the security and integrity of your valet service. Furthermore, on Saturday, April 25th, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the fire alarm was activated. I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times by dialing “0,” but received no response. As a result, I was forced to go down three floors in person. When I reached the front desk, I was informed that there was no issue and was instructed to return to my room, despite the alarm continuing to sound for an additional 15 minutes. This situation was both alarming and unacceptable from a safety standpoint. Following my departure, I made several attempts to contact the hotel on April 25th and left messages; however, I have not received any response or return call. Given the seriousness of these matters—including the apparent theft from my vehicle,"

"The concierge, check in staff, housekeeping, and even the doormen were incredibly helpful and full of so much helpful information! Very happy with my stay!"

"Had to switch rooms cause there was hair on my pillow in my first room. Also paid more for a higher floor only to be told the high floors have major noise issues because of the rooftop bar Mr. Purple. Rooftop was a vibe! Rooms were basic, but 4th floor was quiet. Overall, very okay stay, nothing good nothing too bad."

"Rooms small and old. Bathroom was antiquated too. Would prefer a little more upscale hotel next time. Best thing was the diner attached to the hotel and the Hertz car rental right next door to the hotel."

"Staff was accommodating. Room was fine. Air Conditioning unit was quite hard to get correctly. I do wish there were water stations on every floor rather than going down to the ground level to get water. Showers were so nice and the pressure and heat was perfect! The key cards need an upgrade. Ours would constantly not work and we had to get them recharged because they were affected by wallets, pockets, phones and anything magnetic. The area outside is a bit average - the scaffolding is a bit of an eyesore and there were decorations on it which signifies that they’ve been up for months. "
