"Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable"

"The place should be updated a little bit but it’s clean. Also some rooms don’t have their own bathroom (or kitchen) so you’d have to share it with the room next to you which I wasn’t crazy about, other than that I liked the hotel "

"Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "

"The hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant and rooms were very pretty but the rooms seemed a little worn and there was very little space to put anything in the Deluxe King. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful although I had to go back down at checkout to ask about the food / beverage credit after I was told it would automatically be applied when I charged the restaurant check to the room. I would stay here again as I liked the hotel overall and the location was in a nice part of SoHo."

"This is NOT a luxury hotel! Our TV didn’t work, the wallpaper was peeling, the refrigerator didn’t work and the rooms are very cramped. The only redeeming quality was the location and the balcony. Won’t be staying here again."

"As long as you know what the experience is beforehand, this is a wonderful place to stay. Bed was super comfy and communal bathroom was very nice"
