"Exactly what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean enough, perfect for a night or two on a budget. Only complaint would be I’d have liked a kettle in the room but no big deal."

"Stay was below expectations. Staff were okay, but parking felt unsafe. The corridor had an unpleasant smell and the lift was out of order. The room wasn’t well maintained—small TV and a poorly conditioned hairdryer."

"Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. It's so sad because I have had multiple unpleasant experience with expedia and only just returned. But I guess they've not changed neither have they improved their services. It's such a shame as we had to book another hotel for the second night. Please be careful when you book on this site."
