"Stay was fine but upon checkin, I told them I needed to check out a day early. They said fine, but since I booked thru Hotels.com, I would have to get the cancellation of 1 of the 5 days from them (note that this was 5 days advance notice of cancellation of 1 day). Summary: Hotels.com contacted Home2Suites Flower Mound and my cancellation request was rejected. 5 days notice and it was denied. Shockingly bad customer care."

"This was a great place I really loved the place for dogs in the back yard that allowed them to be outside and not worry about the fallen into the pool."

"I appreciate that the front desk receptionist was polite and helpful, unfortunately the overall condition and maintenance of the property fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, there was a trash bin left inside the elevator and a cart sitting unattended outside. What was concerning is that even after multiple trips back and forth, these items remained in the same position, which gave the impression of poor upkeep. Breakfast was also disappointing. The options were extremely limited, consisting mainly of waffles, bread, and coffee, with no protein options such as eggs, bacon, or sausage. I have stayed at another Baymont hotel in the past, and that experience was very positive—the property was clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. In comparison, this stay felt significantly below the standard I expected from the brand. Overall, based on my experience, the hotel appears to be poorly maintained and did not meet the standard I have come to expect. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for improvements moving forward."

"Wasn’t very clean. Didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. Didn’t smell very good either. "

"Kitchen cabinets old and dirty. Pots pans needed to be replaced. We bought new pans and a pot. Only one glass so we had to buy new glasses to drink from. Dinning lights 2:of the 5 worked. Bathroom light 1 of the 3 worked. House smelled like cats. Needed to buy candles to get the smell out. Need to repaint and shampoo the carpets Beds were good and comfortable. No hot water in guest sink. I would spend some money to fix up the place. Our places do not look like this. One other thing this house is directly over the path the planes come to land so every 2 mins planes and noise is to much hope this helps. "
