"While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam."

After an 8-hour sleepless flight from Chicago, Max went above and beyond to expedite our early check-in, which was a huge help and very much appreciated.
