On the ground floor, in addition to the master bedroom, you’ll find a study with a sofa and a large desk to enhance your stay. If needed, the room can be furnished with a single bed. Climbing the stairs leads to the landing serving the second entrance. On the second floor, in the two double bedrooms, the colour tones of the chestnut-beamed ceiling contrast with the whiteness of the hardwood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Climbing five small steps leads to a loft furnished with a comfortable, handcrafted sofa. The large windows offer guests a picturesque view of the mountains. Internet access is available via Wi-Fi. Just a short walk from the house is an exclusive fenced-in green space, equipped with a barbecue, a picnic table, and private parking.<br>The house, located 10 km from the Abetone ski lifts and 5 km from those in Cutigliano, enjoys a strategic location, ideal as a base for those who love to enjoy the mountains year-round. It is 50 metres from the football and tennis courts, 1 km from the river, and 500 metres from the town square. The butcher shop, pharmacy, and convenience store are all within walking distance.
