"An amazing hotel run by friendly staff in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated with beautiful tropical plants, secluded from the coastal strip but close enough for lovely views from the bar. The food is a mix, great breakfast and lunch options but felt that dinner was poor, both in the booked restaurants and buffet. A small shame in an otherwise splendid hotel overall."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music."

"The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous."

"Overall great experience. Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one bedroom suite was stunning and clean. The distance to the beach was a disappointment but they did have a shuttle service once a day As a final note, we would have preferred to have had more access to the other restaurants despite purchasing the all inclusive package with upgrades "

"There was some mould in one of the showers which was disgusting, apart from that everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was really big and very well equipped-even washing up liquid and some dishwasher tablets left. Would def recommend and would def return! "

"We had a family room which has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms - had what we needed in the kitchenette for kids meal making, good number of towels and a nice big balcony - only downside is it didn’t get sun at any time really (was an inner room at end). Staff lovely and friendly and pools great. Only a few euros to and from main promenade in a taxi. Would book again for sure. Thank you for the memories. "

"My stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool areas were stunning with plenty of space to relax. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and luxurious stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. I would definitely return."
