The lounge area features a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, with additional seating available in the adjacent dining area. Step outside to enjoy your private garden, 2 private balconies, and 2 private uncovered terraces where you can soak in beautiful mountain and sea views. Your private heated pool (approximately 2.3 x 1.5 m, depth 1.2 m) is ideal for adult swimmers—pool heating is available for an extra fee. The nearby beach provides easy access to coastal activities and seaside enjoyment. Street parking is available, and public transportation can be reached easily from the property.
