'Villa Andrea', a magnificent sustainable villa in Playa Paraiso, Tenerife South, close to the sea and with spectacular views, in an exclusive location, with top class restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Very close to the prestigious Golf Costa Adeje and the future Hoya Grande golf course, as well as Michelin star restaurants such as 'El Rincón de Juan Carlos' in La Caleta. The beautiful beaches of Fañabé and El Duque are only 15 minutes away by car. Spring-like climate throughout the year which allows for hiking, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, paragliding...

Prepared to accommodate a total of 8 people plus 2 children. It has 4 double bedrooms (2 single beds and 3 double beds), with television and dressing room or open concept wardrobe, one of them located on the ground floor. There are 4 complete bathrooms, one of them with a beautiful bathtub, and a toilet. Each bedroom has its own private terrace with Balinese bed and beautiful views - you won't want to leave! Equipped with air conditioning throughout.

It has a large outdoor area with private swimming pool heated to 26ºC, sofa with fire pit, solarium area with bioclimatic pergola, garden with tropical plants, barbecue, porch with several outdoor dining areas and a large terrace. Free parking on the street in front of the property.

Villa Andrea has been designed for sustainable tourism, both in its facilities and its maintenance. The electricity throughout the house comes from photovoltaic solar energy, the lighting and appliances are low consumption, and you will have at your disposal ecological and biodegradable amenities, as well as locally sourced 'zero kilometre' products and a space for waste separation.

Security deposit: Prior to the start of your stay in this magnificent villa you will be asked for a deposit of 2.000€ via bank transfer to guarantee the proper treatment of the property, this amount will be refunded in full a few days after departure.
