TV in room had 1 channel and when reported to staff, they made empty promises to fix it. Late check out- when asked, staff said we can request morning of check out however, front desk rudely stated they simply don't do complementary late check out and the fee would be $50US per hour. Misguided information. Also, info on website is incorrect. Happy hour was suppose to be 4pm-6pm but when you arrive it's only applicable on Friday. Bed was decent, hotel was clean and beautiful. Nicely kept grounds. Barista was pleasant, pool/beach staff were nice. Beach and water was clean. Not a lot of eating options for dinner- especially since everything closed when the cruisers lefts.

Nice new place. Not enough hot water. No USB plug ins. Had issues with getting codes and key fobs To work. Buddy bought one. So can’t be to bad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the common spaces were kept spotless. Lots of pools, and a gorgeous beach with great swimming

Amazing resort! Great vue, great service, the infinity pool is amazing! The gym is pristine, the food is very good! Would definitely recommend!
