"I have been staying at this hotel for 25 plus years! This stay was especially fantastic! Maria at the front desk gives top notch professional service. She is so sweet and genuine, The Majestic is very lucky to have her on their team! Our room was so lovely. I would stay here over a newer hotel any day! Affordable & so much bang for your buck! The rooms are bright, clean, vintage & beautiful with high ceilings. Our room this time (#306) exceeded our expectations! It was literally the size of a one bedroom apartment! My boyfriend & I plan on staying here for a couple days at least once a month. Coffee station 24 hours & free bottled water which is unheard of now a days. Solid free Continental breakfast with framed John Lennon sketches. Fun, old timey bar with butterfly collections. So many curiosities and just an amazing experience all around! Great location by Japan Town & easy to find parking on street, safe neighborhood. "
"the staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and safe, the hotel was in a fantastic location to get to all the tourist sites. The front desk people were always available and willing to answer questions or help in any way they could."
