Sehr grosses Haus mit riesiger Umgebung. Sehr viele Möglichkeiten für die Kinder (Pool, Tischtennis, Fussballplatz, Trampolin, Petanque und so weiter. Kleiner Makel: Nur 2 WC, davon eines in einem Schlafzimmer gefangen, für 8 Personen etwas knapp.....

August 22 This house is well-worth staying in! We had a fabulous time! We were met at the house by The Shays, who gave us a detailed tour of the house and outside. Both are extensive. The two kitchens are very well-equipped, the outdoor area provides good seating as well as good lounging areas! There is always shade or sun depending on your wishes or a lovely dip in the good sized swimming-pool. If you have children there are activities provided on the large lawn. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very good and vary from a child’s room to a large en-suite room. The lovely beach and pretty fishing village are approx. a 2k walk, there is regular bus service from outside the house or car parks in the village. Agde is a scenic walk away along the river.

Grande proprieté bien situé à proximité du cap d’agde et pas loin de la plage du grau d’agde à pied ou en vélo. Équipé a pour accueillir de grand famille. (2 laves vaisselle!).

Literie à changer en urgence, pieds de lits instables, serviettes de toilettes usées , poêles en mauvais état, pas de poubelle cuisine aux normes,pas de sèche cheveux, capharnaüm de fils électriques dans le dressing et dans l’entrée, meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain non disponible, avec 4 tiroirs remplis d’effets personnels. Coussins des salons extérieurs tellement sales qu’on ne souhaite pas s’ y assoir. Une propriétaire qui veut imposer la répartition des chambres aux clients et fait faire les lits au minimum! Obligation de signer un contrat spécifique ?? Enfin rien qui ne justifie une telle appréciation pour cette villa qui se veut Premium, et encore moins son prix. Point positif : un grand jardin et une piscine chauffée. En conclusion : Il faut savoir réinvestir pour garder un standing. Je ne reviendrai pas

Toute la famille a aimé ces quelques jours partagés dans une maison avec de beaux espaces tant autour de la piscine qu’à l’intérieur avec des pièces agréables à vivre et bien équipées. Quant aux propriétaires et leurs suppléants ils se sont montrés attentionnés, d’une grande gentillesse, veillant à notre confort en tout point.
