"We had a lovely stay. It was end of season and the resort was only half full, they were also closing a day early so had arranged our transfer to another hotel at no cost to ourselves. In addition because of this we were upgraded. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. This was really useful when arranging days out (make sure you have cash!). "Oct 2019. We arrived late evening and the man on the desk, was not very kind to us, very rude. Had to email a copy of booking to reception to prove who we was. The rest of reception staff was very good during our 2 weeks stay. Our room was located near the main road right at bottom of the steps. "They were able to accommodate us same day, when our other hotel was in a bad area. The staff are professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. The grounds are large and safe with May options for food and activity. Their beach access is beautiful, and a short walking distance to “Fishface” beach, which has spectacular views and sea caves. We stayed 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer! "
