The check in went smoothly. The property is nice , but you can’t swim in the pool after 7pm, and the room was on the tiny side. The pools were not heated.. Though I was promised a 2pm checkout by the receptionist at checkin, I was scolded for not calling at 11am the next day, which was uncalled for.
