Very comfortable bed and pillows/blankets, clean but many long hairs left in carpeting thru room, I have really short hair. Quiet, great night shade and day blind, overall will definitely stay again!

Our room was dirty. We. Slide ahead to ask if the slide was open for pool we are told yes. Only to arrive to a closed down slide. Overall very disappointed

I found the hotel room extremely clean as well as the bathroom. I like the personal care products provided for in the bathroom. I noticed our neighbour banging on the wall, and some kids were pranking our door for about the first hour or our stay. We could hear the kids laughter. But the banging on the wall stopped. Overall I enjoyed our stay.

Paper plates given to me for my room with a plastic knife that wouldn't cut air.
Never staying there again. When asked if I could have a real proper knife to cut a tomato, they said it was beyond their scope of service.
Will not recommend, especially as I'm a repeat, frequent guest at Homewood suites, where everything is impeccable

We really liked the property and cleanliness of the hotel. Very nice hotel inside and out!
The rooms were fairly clean!
The bed was somewhat hard and uncomfortable.
The cleaning staff started vacuuming the hallway at 8am (was not impressed).
We were ready to leave (just getting our bags) and a staff member knocked on our door at 11:05 to make sure we were leaving. Kind of left a bad taste in our mouth.
The hotel is great but the staff can be more professional/respectful! Otherwise a nice hotel!
