"I expected a bit more courtesy for a repeat customer that stayed in the hotel 3 times within a month's time more or less. I was in Amman to attend a funeral and leave early in the morning next day. I arrived early and asked if I could go to the breakfast area to have a coffee and something to eat, but they directed me to the lounge cafe staff who were very unhelpful and told me to scan a QR code on the table for the menu which I could not find! The next day I left even before the breakfast service started."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the food was delicious, and the staff were absolutely wonderful and attentive. The spa facilities were also a highlight! On the downside, the hotel furniture feels a bit outdated, and getting down to the sea requires a bit of an effort. Still a enjoyable experience if you don't mind a short walk to the water."
