"I was extremely disappointed with the restaurant at Hotel101 Madrid. While the hotel itself may have potential, the restaurant's customer service was among the worst I have experienced. The staff were inattentive, unfriendly, and made it feel as though you had to beg just to be served. Getting anyone's attention was difficult, and there was little sense that customers were valued. The most disturbing part of the experience was witnessing one of the male waiters verbally abuse an elderly gentleman who simply asked a question about the menu. Instead of responding with patience and professionalism, the waiter spoke to him in a rude and disrespectful manner. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unacceptable. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and respected, and unfortunately, this restaurant failed on both counts. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues and provides proper customer service training to the staff, as no guest should be treated this way."
