Sheltered balcony-terrace. Washing machine + dryer in common laundry room 200m away. Common ground at 200m. Total floor area: 28 m² attic parts included. Skiing Albiez on site, St Jean d'Arves/St Sorlin/les Sybelles 13km away. Beautiful country house at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the village resort. Good comfort. Pleasant and warm. Large exposed and sheltered balcony-terrace. Superb panoramic view of the massif. Common ground at 200m (swing, trampoline). Shops, services and leisure on site. Located at the foot of the slopes of Albiez-Montrond and 13km from St Jean d'Arves/les Sybelles (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310km of slopes). Authentic village on a very well exposed plateau, at the foot of the famous and very characteristic Aiguilles d'Arves. Many outdoor, fun, unusual and outdoor activities and leisure activities, summer and winter, in the various resorts of the Arvan-Villard massif. Nordic area with free access with cross-country skiing and snowshoe routes. Body of water at the Col du Mollard. Privileged territory for hiking and cycling enthusiasts with the Col de la Croix de Fer, at the foot of the Etendard glacier. Important cultural, architectural and religious heritage. Possibility to rent the 3 gites of the house. Ideal for a stay in tribe!

Appartement agréable dans un environnement vivant mais un peu bruyant

Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec une belle vue dégagée, toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied, mais la boulangerie juste en face et je magasin de sports en dessous occasionnent pas mal de bruit je matin. La chambre n’est pas très confortable (literie ,chaleur car pas de fenêtre en haut). Le village est joli et très sympa.
