We present a magnificent flat on "Rua Almeida Garrett, 19" in Albufeira, with an excellent terrace and swimming pool, just a few steps from the beach and the famous Rua da Oura. Just 20 minutes walk from the city centre where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars with live music.Located on the ground floor of a condominium with shared pool and terrace, this flat offers unique and memorable moments to enjoy with family and friends.The fully equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and all necessary utensils. The spacious living room has a TV, free Wi-Fi, dining area and air conditioning. With capacity for 4 people, the flat has a bedroom with a double bed and another with a double sofa bed.Tastefully decorated and furnished, all areas are generous in space and naturally lit. Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t believe it when we arrived. The place was absolutely spotless and modern. The rooms were both a decent size and had all the modern necessities you could think of. Just round the corner from the new town but you couldn’t hear any noise and only a short 20 minute walk to the old town. The owner responded quick. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 will be staying again. Thankyou! :) .
