Spacious flat located on "Rua Vale Santa Maria Urbanisation Colina do Sol Lote 2" in Albufeira, with an amazing shared pool. Just 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the lively historic city centre, full of restaurants, bars and entertainment. This spacious 240 m² flat, with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), plus a sofa bed in the living room, is a perfect choice for families.



Tastefully decorated, it offers a lovely view of the garden. Fully equipped, it has a kitchen, living room with TV, dining area and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the magnificent shared swimming pool with sun loungers for relaxing.



The kitchen has all the essential appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and utensils. This flat is a guarantee of a great holiday, close to attractions for all ages, both during the day and at night, as well as hypermarkets and services.



Important note: The tennis court shown in the photographs is out of service due to a lack of maintenance by the centre's management. For this reason we cannot guarantee that it will be fit for use during your stay.

This place was absolutely spotless and so spacious. The host was extremely accommodating and great communication. The only thing, I would say the positioning on the map is not quite correct, it looks far closer to the old town to where it actually is located. It’s about an extra 15 min walk from where the map shows the apartment to be. We didn’t mind, but a 25/30 min walk each way to the old town which wasn’t what we expected. One other thing, I think a long mirror would be a nice touch and it’s so lovely decorated and big and spacious it could definitely fit it in. I would definitely recommend this apartment! .
