2 Bedroom Spacious Apartment, Stunning Beach Location, Ocean View, Pool & Garden

Situated in a peaceful corner of the beautifully landscaped low rise Sao Rafael Apartment complex, our top floor apartment boasts breathtaking views across open grassland with the ocean beyond, just 5 minutes walk away from the beautiful beach of Sao Rafael.

Our spacious and airy apartment consists of an open plan living/dining area, a well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with an ocean view, one twin bedroom with a Juliette balcony overlooking the gardens and a recently fully refurbished bathroom with a large walk-in shower, perfect after a day on the beach. All windows/shutters have also recently been replaced.

From the living area sliding patio doors lead to the south facing balcony with a table and chairs for alfresco dining . We also have a couple of sun loungers for use on the balcony, perfect for late night star gazing with a glass of wine!.

Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided with a linen change at the end of each week of your stay, beach/pool towels are not provided.

Children are very welcome but pets are not permitted. If required high chair and cot are available upon request for a small extra charge.

Only a few minutes stroll from the apartment will lead you to the beautiful unspoilt Sao Rafael or Arrife beaches, each with outstanding restaurants, from which a rugged cliff top walk will lead you to many more beaches/coves along this beautiful coastline.

The attractive swimming pool and children’s pool area is only a minute stroll from the apartment, equipped with sun loungers, shady areas, if required and a bar serving drinks and snacks in high season.

There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. For a livelier evening, Albufeira is approximately a 30 minutes walk or a short bus or taxi ride away where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. Also, the Marina, in between Sao Rafael and Albufeira, has many restaurants, bars and where boat trips can be booked from.

Free parking is available at the apartment for our guests.

Upon your arrival at the complex you will be met by our meet and greeter to exchange the key, show you to the apartment and answer any questions you may have.
Please note that if arriving after 10pm you will be charged a 20 Euro late check-in fee that is payable directly to them.

Great Balcony

Well equipped and great layout. Minutes from amazing cliffs to hike on and beach to swim in. There was a bad smoke smell though as it was cool and apartment below used their fireplace. Shower was great and owner was very easy and great to communicate with. Beds were very comfortable.

2nd great stay!

2nd time staying at this property. As before it is well equipped with everything tou need and more. Good communication with the owners and Terry who checked us in and out. Love the proximity to the beach and the marina which has lots of places to eat/drink which is a 15 minute walk.

Heavenly Algarve Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. We were looking for a quiet getaway but one that was convenient to all the sites we wanted to see. Sunsets from the balcony were stunning- a quick walk to the beach and many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice place to enjoy vacation

The cozy appartmen has everything you need to enjoy vacation. The kitcen is really well equiped. The balcony with a nice view and the beach in walking distance. We liked it a lot and might come back some day.

Amazing Apartment

Perfect week spent in this lovely apartment, from ease of booking to finding the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in. This area of the Algarve is stunning, and the weather wasn’t too bad either for September.

Perfect summer-family-vacation

We stayed as a family for two weeks in this lovely apartment and came to love the Algarve.The view from the balcony is great, the kitchen well-equipped, parking, shopping-opportunities, pool and great beaches nearby. Best thing for our eldest son was the bodyboard which could be used. He spent two weeks looking for the perfect wave. The younger one really appreciated the pool. We‘ll be back!

Quiet location

Great location, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of old town Albufeira. Close to three of the best beaches in the area. The apartment is well appointed with everything you may need for an extended stay. Many restaurants within walking distance. Close to marina if you want to to take various types of water tours Nice quiet pool with a snack bar and bar. Check in was a breeze. Would highly recommend. A real gem.

Perfect Holiday

Comfortable condo in great area

Overall was very good. One important thing missing was toilet paper when we arrived. Accessibility to 2nd floor is a bit tough with big heavy suitcases! Not luxurious ( if that is what you are looking for) Property could use a bit of upkeep. Location was very good, nice quiet area.

An amazing base for an amazing break!

We can’t thank Carey and Peter enough. My husband and I had a wonderful time with our children (4 and 7,) exploring the coast and all it had to offer. Albufeira was a fantastic base and to be able to walk to a beautiful beach in minutes was an added bonus. The staff at the bar were so friendly and although the pool wasn’t heated (bring wetsuits!) it was such a treat to have it on our doorstep and the boys loved cooling off after a hot day at the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable, cosy, well-equipped and boasted beautiful views across the complex to the sea. There was even buckets, spades and an inflatable donut in the wardrobe! We also thoroughly recommend doing a cave tour with “Tridente” who offer an hour excursion, perfect for our young children; we mapped our beaches from that! We will be back again, returning to stormy England was certainly a tough bump back to reality! Thank you again ☺️

Tolles Appartement in schöner Lage

Das Appartement ist schön geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet und hat alles was msn zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Der Balkon ist schön groß und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Wenn man genau hinsieht könnte etwas besser gereinigt werden.

A truly wonderful top deck apartment with a lovely view. Clean and with everything you need. A short walk to Sao Rafael and Arrifes beaches. Complex pool is excellently maintained. Great pre-holiday communication with the owners and brilliant check-in with Terry. We loved this apartment and it made for a memorable holiday. Plus, Uber makes access to anywhere else very simple!
