A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach, this holiday home is perfect for enjoying Albufeira with family or friends.The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 8 + 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board, and iron is ideal for preparing family meals.Sliding doors provide access to the well-maintained garden and south-facing pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun or enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue available on the property. For fun moments, the villa also has an outdoor ping pong table. The property includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.Villa Kailua is located on a quiet street in the lively Santa Eulália area. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it is a short walk from various shops, restaurants, and bars. Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália beaches are about 15 minutes walking (5 minutes by car). Albufeira's historic centre is just 8 minutes by car.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
