The Ocean Balcony Apartment was fully renovated and equipped in early 2024. In the heart of Albufeira, 2 minutes' walk from the beach and town centre. Elegant decor with marine touches. A unique and unforgettable experience in this central flat where everything is within easy reach. The largest terrace in the entire residence. A fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy a high dining table. You have a dining room or study as well as a comfortable living room full of charm. Widescreen television. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another open or closed bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate wc. Double curtains in the bedrooms, perfect for a good night's sleep.
Magnificent swimming pool on the 4th floor, with breathtaking views. Parking available (reservation required) inside the building.

Wonderful

Everything we wanted! Well equipped, beautiful, superb location, very hospitable and prompt communication with the host and property manager. Our only unsolved problem was not being able to connect our tablets to the wifi.

Would Stay Again

We were pleased to see such a nice, well thought out, modern apartment. The kitchen had almost everything we could need and the living room area was comfortable for four adults. We could watch Netflix on the large curved screen (some instructions would have been useful to watch local TV). The balcony was a great size with an electronic awning, sizeable table, seating for four or more, a compact clothes drying rack, and a sweet lantern light. The view was as stated and you could hear the ocean. Admittedly, the beds were a little too firm for us, but the linens, duvet and plentiful towels were clean. A top sheet would be good for when a duvet was too much. We enjoyed the location - close to the beach and a multitude of restaurants and bars but not so close that it was overly noisy. The pool was emptied a few days after we arrived - so the “pool” part of the description was misleading. Not a huge loss for us but if you were counting on a pool, you would have been disappointed. The host, Helena, was responsive and accommodating. Overall, the Ocean Balcony Apartment added to the enjoyment of an Albufeira stay.
