The Villa Paradisius is a stylish and modern holiday home, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy, and memorable moments in Albufeira.



The spacious open-plan living and dining area creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for social gatherings, shared meals, or relaxing after a day at the beach.



On the first floor, the villa offers three well-appointed bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a bedroom with two bunk beds accommodating up to four guests, making it particularly suitable for families with children or teenagers. This level also features a separate full bathroom. On the ground floor, there is an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring maximum convenience for all guests.



The independent, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals comfortably, whether for casual breakfasts or group dinners.



Outdoors, the villa truly stands out. The private swimming pool, heatable at an additional cost, invites long, relaxing days under the Algarve sun, while an optional jacuzzi offers an extra touch of indulgence. Modern decking, sun loungers, and a barbecue area create the perfect setting for outdoor dining and leisure. For added entertainment, guests can enjoy a ping-pong table and a billiards table.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Quiet, comfortable and very well located

My husband and I stayed at Villa Paradisius while visiting our family in Albufeira. The house was larger than we needed, but it was a lovely place to relax. The living room is spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area is wonderful. We especially appreciated the calm surroundings and the short distance to both the beach and shops. Albufeira is lively and full of charm, from local cafés to scenic spots by the coast. We hope to come back soon, maybe next time with our grandchildren!

Perfect villa for a relaxing and fun getaway

We stayed at Villa Paradisius as a group of friends and had an amazing time. The house is modern, clean and very well-equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, especially in the evenings. It was great to have both outdoor dining and games like table tennis and pool, we didn’t even go out every night because the villa had so much to offer. The Strip is just around the corner, and we also drove to Praia da Oura and to Albufeira’s old town, both easy to reach. A great base to enjoy the Algarve with friends!

Spacious villa, great location near everything!

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Paradisius with our two teenagers. The house is really spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool area was the highlight, and having a table tennis and pool table was a huge bonus for the kids. The villa is in a quiet area, but just a short walk from bars and restaurants, so we could relax without feeling isolated. We loved exploring Albufeira, especially the Old Town and the beautiful beaches nearby. The villa had everything we needed and felt very clean and safe. Highly recommend for families!

Relaxation spot!

This villa in Albufeira is a dream. Its central location puts everything within reach, while the stylish decor adds a touch of luxury to every moment. From the jacuzzi and heated pool to the pool table, every detail screams comfort and entertainment. Fantastic getaway! The weather was not perfect, however that did not spoil our holidays.

Lovely Villa

The Villa was perfect for what we needed, good quiet location close to the strip but not too close. Useful shops just round the corner. The pool area was fantastic, we paid for hot tub and pool heating and felt that was worth the extra as we used both everyday extensively. We did a lot of catering in the Villa and there is everything you need in the kitchen. We only used 2 of the rooms, the bunk bed room was a bit cramped with 2 sets of beds. Lounge was nice and comfy. Useful to have the driveway available although plenty of on street parking also available in the area. Only problem we had is general smell from the toilets, have had this at other villas in Portugal so assume it’s fairly standard. Taxis were nice and easy to get and cheap. To get to the old town was only around €4.

We had a fantastic time here, enjoying a relaxing atmosphere that made everything feel effortless and pleasant. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable from beginning to end. We also loved the boat tour provided by the company, which added something special to our holiday.
