Villa Mar & Sol is a charming 4-bedroom holiday home located in Vale Navio, a quiet area just a few minutes by car from the center of Albufeira. It is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation with easy access to the city and the beach.



On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a guest bathroom and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a shower, offering extra privacy and comfort.



The fully equipped kitchen connects with the spacious living and dining area, perfect for family gatherings and shared moments.



Outside, the villa features a fantastic heatable pool (extra optional), an outdoor barbecue and beautiful gardens with countryside views. There is also a ping pong table, ideal for fun and entertainment with friends or family.



Villa Mar & Sol is just a few minutes by car from the center of Albufeira, the beaches and the lively local scene, offering a relaxing and memorable stay in the heart of the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



We recommend renting a car due to the property's location and, if you wish, we’ll be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 100 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for unwinding and enjoying time together. We also made use of the airport transfer service, which made our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free.

We enjoyed staying in the villa, lots of space and fantastic garden. The pool area itself is amazing, really clean and inviting! Also loved the sunsets. For us, Villa Mar Sol was excellent, and I would certainly consider staying here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Mar & Sol. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool area was our favorite spot, especially with the optional heating which made swimming so enjoyable even in the evening. The garden was peaceful and relaxing, and the BBQ area was perfect for outdoor dinners. We also appreciated how quiet the area was while still being just a short drive from Albufeira’s beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended for families!

Perfect Stay

The house was perfect for this stay, a nice garden, where we spend most of our time and a good bbq area. The inside of the house was comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. The rep was very helpful arranging transportation and answering any questions we had.

Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Setting

Villa Mar & Sol was everything we hoped for and more. The interior is spotless and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the two living rooms, especially in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we loved having breakfast overlooking the garden. The pool was incredible, and the heated option was worth it! The villa’s location is perfect for those looking to unwind but still be close to everything. We’ll definitely come back.

Wonderful Holiday Experience

We spent a week at Villa Mar & Sol with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is spacious, elegant, and has a very homey feel. Each bedroom was comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. We loved spending time outside by the pool and the BBQ area. The views of the countryside were beautiful, and it only took a few minutes to drive to the beach. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.

Lovely place to stay

The location is quiet and very beautiful, the villa was spotless and very well appointed. Lots of towels and bedding. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Pretty much everything you could want is on hand. Very comfortable with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Lots of info on local services, activities and restaurants . Highly recommended.
