Great family break

Everything was great about the apartment, the location and all the admin around it. We were lucky enough to get an earlier check in and the property manager was fab. Great communication and a super easy check in/check out process.The apartment had everything we needed and was represented accurately on the website. Balaia Golf Village itself was great too, staff all friendly, good food and plenty of pools for the kids.Already planning our next trip.

Verblijf balaia golf village

Leuke benedenwoning. Ruim opgezet. Uitzicht over de golfbaan. Leuk aangekleed. Wel een aantal verbeterpunten: Graag kledinghaakjes ophangen in de gang en badkamer. Te weinig bestek. Patio was niet schoongemaakt. Pedaalemmers werkten niet.

bel appartement dans une residence magnifique mais contact difficile avec le propriétaire

bel appartement dans une residence magnifiquement verte et entretenue mais accueil de "feel like home " peu efficace": personne a l'accueil malgré notre coup de tel 45 min avant l'arrivée comme demandé (sur place, personne mais communication par telephone pour recevoir un code secret pour entrer) pas possible d' avoir une 2eme clé (c'est la première fois depuis 1993 que ça m'arrive) d'ou complications pour gérer les entrées et sorties (4 personnes) et impossibilité de faire fonctionner le lave vaisselle ou la lessiveuse sans être présent (le courant se coupe sans la clé magnétique) il a fallu parlementer pour obtenir un nettoyage intermédiaire et un changement de draps et serviettes et finalement ils se sont trompés de jour en venant le ma 26 pour une arrivée le 19 et un retour le 29
