Located in Albufeira, Algarve, Lotus Villa 2 offers a traditional 115 sqm villa accommodating up to 5 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, and additional amenities feature high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan, television, washing machine, and a baby bed. The villa provides step-free interior access and is situated near the beach.



Step outside to enjoy your private outdoor pool, covered terrace, balcony, uncovered terrace, and outdoor shower. A private grill and barbecue area with garden furniture create perfect spots for outdoor dining and relaxation. Pool heating is available for an extra fee.



Parking is available in the street. Pets are not allowed, and events, parties, stag parties, and hen parties are strictly prohibited. All visitors must leave before 10:30 pm. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but is allowed in outdoor areas. Please avoid noise after 11:00 pm to respect neighbors. The swimming pool is exclusively for villa guests.



CCTV monitoring is in place at the gate and fences around the property. A damage deposit is required. At least one guest must be 21 years old or older at check-in. The villa is located in the Jacaranda Villas neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to Praia da Oura beach and 200 meters from Albufeira Strip, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.
