Ideal for a lovely holiday in the Algarve with its beautiful beaches and countryside. Enjoy the sun on the terrace of the apartment, the swimming pool at your fingertips. Surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. Delicious and cozy eating on a terrace on the beach or in one of the many restaurants in the immediate area. Many of them are on the famous "Strip" which can also be served a drink at one of the many bars. A vibrant nightlife within walking distance. For your shopping you also not far away. A few minutes' walk there are plenty of shops and a supermarket for your groceries. For example, to the 'old town' then there is a good bus service right on the edge of the park.

This place is so well equipped especially for a young family. It has play pens, high chairs , pool toys , beach towels, sleeping cots, blow up beds, grocery carts, everything you need. Communication with the owner is efortless. Lots of room, great view and no car needed. Groceries, beaches, the strips are all within walking distance. But, the adult pool wasn't useable.
The property was large, spacious and well cared for with all the amenities we needed. Was close enough to restaurants to walk in the evening, and in a quiet neighborhood to relax during the day. Ideal for visiting Albufeira with my family.
This apartment was great! The apartment has lots of space, a great patio, bus stops and grocery stores close by. There are some items you can use such as floaties, sand toys and other beach related items. We enjoyed using the trolly for grocerys and the satellite tv was a nice bonus! We really appreciated that the propery manager met us at the building and took us through everything!

The property was beautiful, the condo was clean and well located.
My only concerns involved the property maintenance which was very unexpected. The pool was drained, our balcony was soon out of service and we eventually found ourselves housebound.
We could not enjoy the outdoor space due to the ongoing maintenance.
The apartment was really nice and the 3 balconies were a huge bonus as we could sit out and enjoy the morning sunshine having breakfast poolside then move to the front balcony for late afternoon sun which we were incredibly lucky to have for the full month
The apartment is really big and had all the extra's to make this a real home from home
The pool and landscaping were well maintained and we spent many afternoons enjoying the peace and quiet around the pool with books
We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again as the location is perfect with loads of nice bars/Restaurants nearby and Aldi is only a few minutes walk
Fred was a great host and responded quickly to anything we needed during our stay so 10 out of 10 all round from us, Thanks
Apartment was wonderful, hosts were great but the pool was closed which greatly saddened my two sons who were looking forward to the pool the most. According to other tenants the pool had been closed for some time and if I had been made aware of this I would not have stayed. Did not bother me so much but my sons were devastated.
In my opinion property seems to be subsiding. Cracks in some of the walls and balcony off living room. Large crack in main pool floor which is unusable. Would have been nice to have been informed of this before booking. Kids padding pool usable but looking at a teenager up to his ankles in water not good.
The location is ideal. Aldi grocery and restaurants (Sexy Meat and Robertos piri piri chicken 2 minute walk). Tourist train Red line stop #4 right behind the Bullring stadium(defunct now ,but stop in at Carlos' bar)and The Strip only a few blocks away. Walking distance (1.3 miles to cardiac hill and beach). The pool is not heated but the pool deck has many loungers and umbrellas. Quiet neighbors for the most part. Apartment is big and you get All the tv channels(premium too). The only let's say downfall, was that the apartment is in need of a "Refresh" as the Sofas are quite worn and walls are in need of a painting, "artwork" on bedroom walls are stickers that are falling off. However we would not hesitate to stay again!!
We had a great 4 night stay in Fred's apartment. Fred was very responsive from the moment of booking. Everything you could think of is in this apartment, even a trolley for the supermarket run. The apartment is also very clean and well presented in a quiet complex. The apartment is in a great location with lovely restaurants close by and just a short walk from the strip. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return to Fred's apartment.
Bruyantes (voisinage), piscine hors service. Salles de bains très bien (refaites récemment) mais l'apparment à besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Le mot « luxe » dans l’annonce est de trop.
Dit is een ruim en goed ingedeeld appartement op een uitstekende, heel rustige lokatie. Het ligt op 10 minuten lopen van een ALDI supermarkt en het drukke uitgaanscentrum. Het strand ligt op 25 minuten lopen. Het appartement zelf ligt op de begane grond en op 10 meter van het zwembad. Er is een lift en er is een ondergrondse parkeergarage. Ideaal. Omdat Albufeira ook nog eens centraal is gelegen in de Algarve, en vliegveld Faro op 45 minuten rijden is gesitueerd is dit een regelrechte aanrader.

Lovely 5 week stay.
Just returned from a wonderful 5 week holiday in this apartment. The apartment was clean quiet and comfortable with all you could need for a great stay. Handy for restaurants and bars with a bus stop 5 minutes away into the old town. Looking forward to returning next year.

Fabulous apartment, a real home from home.
We stayed here last week and it was a lovely apartment with everything you need. It is very clean, comfortable and secure with internet tv that has great up to date films available. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the strip with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Great service from Fred and the lovely Astrid who looks after the apartment and my deposit was refunded within 2 days of returning home. Well worth a 5 star review

A lovely apartment to explore Albufeira and the Algarve
I stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 children 15&11) at the end of July/beginning of August 2018 and we had a lovely time. The apartment is beautifully modern and spacious. The balcony overlooks the pool area and the countryside, and there were loungers available poolside anytime of the day. The owner was helpful leading up to the rental, and the local rep was lovely and really helpful while we were there.
It's a 10 minute walk to the strip with many restaurants and bars, and similar distance to closest large supermarket, although smaller shops are nearer. The nearest beach is slightly further away at about a 20 minutes walk.
The apartment is very easy to locate and has allocated underground parking, so would also suit as a base if you're exploring the Algarve by car.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for its location with local restaurants and bars and for exploring the Algarve,
