Luxury Villa Olivia 10-15min to the Oura Beach with a private swimming pool

A great option for those who want to spend a holiday without a car. Our guests are offered a swimming pool, an outside table, pleasant lunches and dinners, unlimited internet, air conditioning in each room. If you are traveling by car - you can leave 2 cars on the territory of the villa. Albufeira is a great option for a family holiday. Great beaches (Falesia Beach, Salgados, Gale) , water parks, festivals, entertainment programs - all within 15 - 30 minutes drive. Oura Beach is 10-12 min walk. The best restaurants of Albufeira, which are famous in Algarve are on the famous Strip Street- 5 minutes walk.

The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find room with TV and seating area, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.
The villa is spacious and very sunny.
There are sun loungers, a dining area, a barbecue and a pool.

Damage deposit of 500 EUR is requested and should be paid before your arrival. This damage deposit will be refunded after departure in the same way it was received. For groups of young people the damage deposit will be 1000 euros.
Please note:
If you forgotten the key or have lost them we can bring you a spare key. The delivery prices: € 20 from 9am till 9pm, €30 from 9pm till 11pm, €50 from 11pm till 1 am, €100 from 1 till 9am.
The cost of lost keys is paid separately
If you forgotten the key ib the key look inside – open the door is from €100 ( it depends on the complexity)
It is forbidden to stand on the gate and ride on the them when opening/closing. Gate repair in case of damage from €300
